The world of Elderon

First, there was chaos.

Legends speak of Elderon beginning its life as a void of chaos. The gods, searching for a world of their own, found the chaotic void and took it upon themselves to mold it into their ideal new world.

They stilled the void. The roiling chaos became fields and mountains; the tumultuous depths became oceans; the untamed maelstroms became skies.

The gods of Good and Neutrality gave themselves to this new land to breathe life into the calmed void—though, in their hubris, they failed to quell all of the chaos.

A land divided

Four continents. Eight gods. Endless stories.

Throughout history, the remnants of chaos have ravaged the land through war, hardship, and corruption. Though sealed away, their power scarred Elderon and tore it into four continents.

Life thrived. Each continent built its own cultures and civilizations. Heroes carved their names into myth and legend, and the gods gave the world the Wheel of Eight—each spoke representing one of the eight gods who poured themselves into the creation of the land.

Other gods walk the stories too, but they have chosen to remain apart from the Wheel.

Enter the story

Mind the forgotten evils.

Ancient powers still roam here, forgotten by time and legend. Yet this is also a land where gods walk among mortals, legendary dragons fight beside heroes, and forgotten magic still holds mystery.
